Our football tables and pool tables for sale on our site here at Game Room Equipment are going to provide you with potentially years of great fun for family and friends together. However, first we have to get them to you as easily as possible, which means you do need to do a little preparation beforehand.

Most of our football tables are delivered to you via third-party warehousing and storage experts. They have the facilities to carefully and professionally store all the tables, pick the orders and ship.

This means that you need to know how the table you’ve just ordered is going to get to you, who will deliver it and what you need to do in the unlikely case that something is wrong with the table. So please take a couple of minutes to read through the following information. If there’s anything that is confusing, please contact us, or call us on 0113 238 0302 and we’ll try to help you out.

How we deliver our standard foosball tables…

Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you using the telephone and/or email contact details you input during the order process. We’ll confirm stock of your preferred table (or advise of any stock shortages) within 48 hours. We’ll then advise you of our proposed delivery date.

To keep costs as low as possible, we try to arrange deliveries in routes, which may mean that we may not be able to get to you immediately. We normally work on a maximum 10 working day schedule for stock tables, however locations north of Glasgow/Edinburgh or in Devon and Cornwall may require longer.

Delivery is included in our pricing for mainland UK deliveries. If you are located in one of the following postal code areas and cannot wait for us to form a route that would enable us to deliver to you at no extra cost, we can arrange to deliver to these areas, however please contact us before ordering to get a shipping quotation – GY*, DD*, GB*, JE*, IM*, GG*, TR21-TR25, IV*, BT*, HS*, KA*, KW*, PA*, PH*, ZE*

Receiving your football table…

Important: Some of our football tables weigh in at over 80kgs. Our delivery service is to your door only, which means that in its most basic form you could have a rather large and rather heavy box obstructing your hall way. So, it’s always a good idea to make sure you have help on hand and have done a thorough survey of your home to ensure the table and two men can fit through all doors, traverse all hallways and corridors and turn any and all corners to get the item to where you want..

How we deliver our Debuchy by Toulet foosball tables…

All our DbyT football tables include a two-man white glove delivery and assembly service to anywhere in mainland UK as far north as the M8 link between Glasgow and Edinburgh. We can of course deliver to other parts of the UK, but may require a surcharge to do so. Please contact us to enquire before placing your order. As all DbyT tables are custom made to your requirement, you should allow between 6 to 8 weeks for us to get the table to you. The team will deliver and assemble to a ground floor setting. If you require the table to be situated in an upstairs or downstairs setting, this too may unfortunately require a small surcharge. Similarly as these tables are quite significant in their size, please make sure you can maneuver a small sofa from your door to the location of the table. If you can’t, it’s unlikely that we can get the table there either. If it is deemed unsafe, or impossible to get the table to your preferred setting, the table will unfortunately either be left with you, or assembled in another location

Cancelling your order and non-delivery…

We understand that sometimes, despite best efforts you can’t always achieve what you set out to do and so if you need to cancel your order, please read the following:

Cancellation Charges

  • Order cancelled in writing (email with your order information is fine) before a delivery date is confirmed by our transport team: No Charge
  • Order cancelled in writing (email with your order information is fine) with more than 3 days notice prior to previously agreed delivery date: £25 + VAT
  • Order cancelled in writing (email with your order information is fine) with less than 3 days notice prior to previously agreed delivery date: £56.25 + VAT
  • Order cancelled without written confirmation including order info at any time regardless of delivery status, and/or customer not available to receive the goods: £56.25 + VAT

How we deliver our pool tables…

Pool table delivery is pretty much the same as for foosball tables, other than it takes a lot longer to assemble a pool table. Every table is delivered via a two-man delivery service. We will arrange a convenient time with you prior to delivery which will give you enough time to ensure all the following have been checked and enabled if required:

  • Free parking at your location for up to 5 hours
  • No building work ongoing that would make it unsafe for the delivery of a large, heavy object
  • That you have at least 1m clearance around the width of the table
  • That you have enough room in your house to enable the delivery of large and/or long items. A good trial is to check that (i) a plank the length of the table you are looking to order can be taken through doors and round corners, and (ii) similarly a board the rough size of a single bed can be taken through similar doors and round corners.

If we can’t deliver any of the items to your location to enable us to assemble the table, you will have to pay for redelivery at a cost of £395.00 + VAT

Damaged Items…

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) delivered are not damaged. If you are unsure, please ask the delivery team to carefully open the consignment for your inspection. For foosball tables, if the item(s) are damaged, please reject them and return them with the driver. We will arrange for a new item to be delivered. For pool tables, please ensure you notify the delivery team and that you have written this on the delivery note. We will still attempt to assemble the table for you and will come back as soon as we have the new part to replace it at no extra cost.

You will be asked to sign for satisfactory delivery. Once signed, it will be taken as fact that the goods were undamaged and you will not be able to claim for damaged items should there be any. If you do have any issues, please send us an email to contact@gameroomequipment with your order number, name and address details and the problem so that we can get it sorted for you.

Finally, whilst we will always try to get your order to you within the agreed timeframe, weather conditions, road traffic incidents, acts of God and probably a whole load of other things can and sometimes do crop up to throw a spanner in the works, causing the delivery team to miss your delivery slot. On the very rare occasion this happens, we hope it does not inconvenience you too much and we appreciate that you may have taken time off work to wait in. Unfortunately neither the carrier, the supplier or ourselves are able to accept liability for any failure to comply with the estimated delivery time and date or for any direct or consequential loss resulting there from.
