Garlando Master Pro Folding Foosball Table
The Master Pro is primarily designed for active use settings so you would expect it to be more than a little robust and that it is with a solid 20mm thick cabinet and solid MDF legs that conveniently fold away when not in use. The modern blue and silver finish is a welcome change from the more traditional cherry or butcher block and looks very good
You get 16mm diameter steel telescopic rods as standard which makes for a very safe environment (no bars in the eye or the groin area!) and a fast action in play. The players are plastic and moulded to the bars which makes for good durability and goalkeepers are 360 degree rotating type.
The play area is green laminate with white pitch markings so you get a rather traditional display which is quite nice. Slanted corners are standard with the Master Pro, although due to the laminate of the play field, the corners are plastic pyramid type, which is functional albeit not quite as nice as traditional French babyfoot tables using vinyl.
A three year warranty comes as standard and the table is certified against the European safety standard EN71-1/2/3/9
Who’s it for?
The Master Pro can be used by pretty much anyone and in most settings. If children are likely to be the main users, you may need to determine if they are tall enough as this is a full height table, but otherwise Garlando have made this a very sturdy, and convenient proposition
How does the Master Pro play?
This is a well specified foosball table. A solid 20mm thick cabinet makes for a very good playing experience as does the special high resistance, telescopic rods that come as standard on this model. Fast play from the heavy duty players should ensure a lot of high energy fun and games for everyone involved
Is the Garlando Master Pro good value for money?
When looking at value for money, it’s important for us to determine the quality of the manufacturing, the user experience, convenience of use and of course the cost. In the case of the Master Pro, build quality is very good and the user experience should be that of having a fun time. If you get past the inconvenience of assembling the table, the fact that this foosball folds away when not required could be a massive buying point. Foosball tables can take up a fair amount of room and to be able to fold it away and store it in a cupboard is a great feature.
What about assembly?
Unfortunately you will need to at least part assemble the Master Pro. Thankfully the players are already on the rods, which saves a crazy amount of time. However the rods will need to be fixed onto the table along with the bushes etc and of course the legs. Not the hardest thing, but if you want an easier life, we can do it for you
